Savings estimates and case studies
Illustrations, not promised outcomes
Dollar amounts, hours, margin changes, and multi-year results in example scenarios and calculators are illustrative estimates based on the stated assumptions or your inputs. They are not guarantees, typical-result claims, offers, or project quotations. Business revenue labels provide context and do not establish what a particular company will save.
Actual results depend on factors such as existing subscriptions and negotiated prices, the workflows replaced, staffing and wage costs, data quality, integrations, implementation scope, employee adoption, operating decisions, and the time period measured. A disclosure does not replace the need to evaluate the assumptions for your own business.
Labor capacity is different from cash savings
Recovered labor value is estimated time multiplied by a loaded hourly cost. It can represent time available for additional output or service rather than a reduction in payroll. It becomes cash savings only when an actual expense—such as paid overtime, agency labor, contractor spending, or another cost—is reduced. Additional production capacity does not by itself establish more sales or profit. Combined-value totals include this capacity value and should not be read as guaranteed cash savings.
Costs and five-year assumptions
The main calculator deducts the build/migration amount in year 1 and the entered recurring costs in every year. Years 2–5 hold seats, subscription costs, recovered hours, and labor rates constant. Include all incremental operating costs relevant to your project. Future upgrades, scope changes, taxes, inflation, price changes, financing, and other costs may change the result. Blank cost fields mean net totals cannot be established. New capabilities you do not pay for today are potential future cost avoidance, not current expense savings.
The manufacturing example uses its separately stated assumptions, excludes one-time build costs and tax, and is not added to the general capacity estimates. Its margin calculation assumes revenue and other expenses remain unchanged. Do not count the same labor or expense reduction in more than one category.
Case-study results
The Nothing But Canna figures were reported by founder Steven Brown for his own business. They have not been independently audited for this website and are not presented as typical or guaranteed client results. The reported software savings are included in the reported annual total, not additional to it. Screenshots use demonstration data; the hero photograph is an AI-generated illustration.
Pricing references and professional advice
Third-party prices are snapshots of published information, may change, and may depend on plan, billing term, seat count, usage, contract, or location. Links are provided so you can confirm current terms directly with the vendor. This website and its calculators provide general information, not financial, accounting, tax, investment, or legal advice. Validate material assumptions with your own records and qualified advisers.
Website terms
Information and project agreements
This website describes Connecting Innovations, Inc and potential services. Viewing it, using a calculator, or sending an inquiry does not create a service agreement. Deliverables, fees, payment terms, milestones, acceptance, support, warranties, data handling, confidentiality, intellectual property, and liability terms for a project must be addressed in a separate written agreement. That agreement controls the services it covers.
No per-seat fee and scope of capabilities
“No per-seat fee” refers to charges for user access to the custom portal within the agreed project scope. It does not mean the build, migration, support, hosting, storage, Google Workspace, AI usage, or retained third-party tools are free. Role-based access and user capacity depend on the agreed architecture and operational requirements. Capabilities such as training, CRM, reporting, and customer portals are scoped for your needs; they are not a promise to replicate every feature of a third-party platform.
Integrations and external services
Integration depends on the third-party provider offering suitable API access, required permissions, supported actions, and appropriate commercial terms. An API does not guarantee that every desired workflow can be integrated. Provider limits, outages, changes, fees, or discontinued services may affect an integration. Third-party names and marks belong to their owners; references do not imply endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation.
AI, compliance, and decision support
AI-generated outputs, finance briefings, and automated suggestions can be incomplete or inaccurate and require appropriate human review. Software that supports compliance, payroll, tax, finance, labeling, or regulated operations is a workflow aid; it does not replace professional judgment, required approvals, or your responsibility to follow applicable requirements. Security, access controls, and audit logs reduce certain risks but do not eliminate all risks.
Website availability and reliance
Website content and tools are provided for general information on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Connecting Innovations makes no website-only warranty that information is complete, error-free, current, or suitable for a particular purpose, or that access will be uninterrupted. No statement here limits rights or protections that applicable law does not permit to be limited. Project-specific commitments belong in the written project agreement.
Responsible use and website materials
Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt its operation, or submit material you have no right to share. You may review the content for evaluating services. Other use of company-owned materials requires permission; third-party materials remain subject to their owners’ rights. Links to external websites lead to services with their own terms and policies.

Calculator and form inputs
The current website calculates estimates in your browser. Its application code does not upload calculator values to a server or store them in cookies or local storage. The inquiry form prepares a message in your chosen email application. The website does not automatically send that message. If you choose to send it, your name, company, message, email address, and any other information you include are shared through your email provider and received at the displayed business contact address.
Inquiries you choose to send
Information you voluntarily email may be used to respond to your request, understand your needs, prepare a proposal, and manage related business communications. Email providers process communications as part of delivering and storing them. Do not send passwords, payment card details, sensitive personal information, or confidential client records in an initial inquiry. Sending an inquiry does not create a nondisclosure agreement; agree on confidential information handling before sharing it.
YouTube video player
The case-study video uses a click-to-load YouTube player. Before you select play, the page displays a locally hosted preview image. After you select play, the embedded player connects to YouTube through its privacy-enhanced embed domain. YouTube may receive technical information such as your IP address, browser details, and playback activity, and may use storage or similar technologies under its own policies. Opening the YouTube link also connects you to YouTube. See Google’s privacy policy for its practices.
Technical information and external links
The current application code does not add advertising trackers, analytics services, or nonessential cookies. Hosting, browser, and email services may separately process technical information, such as IP addresses and request or access logs, under their own policies. Visiting external pricing pages or opening your email provider subjects that interaction to the provider’s practices. This notice describes the current website, not every future hosted client system.
